This product delivers exactly what the dealer promised. It fits a 3-snap helmet perfectly the first try.I had none of the distortion problems mentioned by others. It's a *plastic* shield! It's NOT optical quality glass! I love it. It's so much better than the half-shield I was using. The ratchet assembly works fine. With the shield rotated part way up, it still fits in the under-seat storage of my scooter. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and by the way, the shipping was incredibly fast.
