This review is from: Champion Suzuki Burgman 400 Scooter Cover Xl Black With great anticipation of being able to use this cover if I got caught in an unexpected rain shower, I received my new cover quickly as promised. The first thing I read when opening the box was, "we highly recommend that you wait at least 10-15 minutes for your exhaust pipes to cool before covering depending upon the type of motorcycle or scooter and location of exhaust." Well, there goes my need. I guess I could partially cover the scooter and wait, but I chose not to keep the cover. Otherwise, I would recommend the cover as it is a good one for all other purposes. The gentleman I spoke with at the company was really nice and will be happy to let me return the item. I am hoping to get back my shipping as I would have never ordered the item had I known about the time needed to wait before using the cover - regardless of the heat shield. Perhaps posting that on the listing might be a nice idea. Although you do need to allow your exhaust to cool down this cover unfolds and wraps around your scooter from head to toe with convenient built-in bungy ties. This cover folds down with the included storage bag to the size of a small ham and fits with room to spare in my rear reflector box. Couldn't be happier!!!!
