Product Description
These fit over most size prescription eyeglasses! Each eyepiece gives your glasses a "pocket" of approx. 2" of vertical room at the widest (middle of eyepiece) part before the foam padding begins. (Each actual lens measures approx. 2" vertically and 3" horizontally in diameter). Frame is vented to help prevent fogging. Lenses are shatter resistant polycarbonate, UV400, and also have a special anti-fog coating! These have a very flexible frame and come with a soft micro-fiber pouch! Inside of goggles has padded foam for comfort on your face. Lenses are yellow. Birdz Micro-Fiber bag included.

They fit fine over my glasses and they're comfortable for extended wear. Be aware that they may not be compatible with your helmet, as they have to be worn UNDER the helmet. Finding over the eyeglass equipment is always a problem. The glasses are of very good quality for the price, and the fit over my eye-glasses (wire framed square lenses (not-aviator style) is a 90% comfort fit. That is why I put four stars. I was very hopeful, but they don't work for me. I've tried them over several pairs of glasses, even small wireframes. The first problem is that they wrap to your face and the outer edges of the lense contacts the outside of my glasses. It does help to put them over the helmet so that the edge of the glasses don't contact the lenses, so that problem is solved (but then they can only work over a hat or helmet, not just on your head). The second problem is the foam on the nose is too wide and squishes the glasses. Plus, the small area that the bridge is supposed to go through is too high and misses. I've currently got my x-acto blade out and I'm trying to customize the foam. If I don't screw it up, I will enjoy these goggles because, for the price, they are nicely constructed and cool looking. Maybe I should just get Lasik and solve all my other problems, too. |
